Why no Lead Engine tier right now?

An earlier version of this business included a Lead Engine tier at $299 per month plus ad spend passthrough — managed Meta + Google Ads, CRM integration, qualified-lead forwarding. We removed it from v1 because running ads honestly takes 5–8 hours per client per month, not the 2 we'd priced for. It's agency work, mispriced. We'd rather not offer it than offer it badly. When we re-introduce it later, it will be priced honestly at $499–$799 per month.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment? +
No. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Every subscription is month-to-month. Our setup fee is one-time and non-recurring.
What if I want to leave? Do I keep the website? +
Yes — everything is yours. If you cancel, we hand over the full folder of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and assets. You can host it anywhere. There is no vendor lock-in.
Can I negotiate the price? +
No. Flat rates by design. We don't discount because we don't need to — our delivery model is efficient enough that $350 covers our cost. If price is the issue, we'll offer 2 months of free Host & Maintain instead.
How do you make money at these prices? +
The setup fee covers delivery cost. The subscription is pure margin because hosting is free (Cloudflare Pages / Netlify), maintenance is minimal, and we're efficient. We'd rather have 100 clients at $29/month than 10 clients at $300/month.
Do I need an IDX account to get started? +
No. IDX is optional. Your site ships with 16 pages, lead capture, and the "What's my home worth?" page regardless. If you want live MLS listings, we integrate Buying Buddy ($49/mo, you pay them directly). We handle all the setup — you just need your MRED login.
How does the "What's my home worth?" page work? +
A homeowner fills out a short form with their address and contact info. You get an instant SMS and email with the lead. Then you personally follow up with a comparative market analysis — which is more accurate and more personal than any automated algorithm. The lead capture is unlimited and free.
Why is there no Lead Engine or ad management tier? +
Running ads is agency work and is not honestly priced at $299/month — real cost is 5–8 hours per client per month. We're focused on websites, lead capture, and structured data for now. When we add a lead service later, it will be priced honestly at $499–$799 per month.
What if my site breaks or something goes wrong? +
We monitor uptime and respond to issues within 4 hours during business hours, same business day at the latest. A "site is down" emergency is the only thing we respond to outside business hours.
