SEO is a crowded industry of vague promises. AI visibility is a technical discipline with concrete tests you can run yourself. We focus on the second.

Every page we ship is validated with the Google Rich Results Test, the schema.org validator, and a live ChatGPT query in your target market. Every claim is backed by a test. Here's what actually goes on the page:

If the price is wrong for you, that's OK — we're not the right fit. What we won't do is pretend to be cheaper on day one and then come back later with a "premium features tier" you didn't know existed when you signed.

Built by one person who answers the phone.

No account managers. No ticket queues. No "your ticket has been escalated to Tier 2." When something breaks, you call one phone number and get the person who built the site.

Our response-time commitment: same business day, under 4 hours during business hours. The "site is down" emergency is the only thing we respond to outside business hours. In exchange, we don't overcommit: we cap new clients at a pace a solo operator can actually ship well.

When we can't keep this promise ourselves, we'll hire a contractor before we break it. Not the other way around.

We're not trying to trash anyone — these are legitimate tools for bigger firms. We just think an independent broker deserves a simpler, cheaper, AI-native option.

What's the difference between you and kvCORE or Real Geeks? +
kvCORE and Real Geeks are all-in-one CRM + IDX + website platforms priced at $300$900 per month. They produce generic templates with poor AI visibility and lock your data into their ecosystem. We build a unique website structured for AI search with lead capture, home valuation, and optional IDX — at a tenth the price, with no lock-in. You own every file.
Do you use AI to build the sites? +
We use AI-assisted tooling for research, copywriting drafts, and validation — but every site is hand-reviewed by a human operator before ship. The design system, schema, and content decisions are made deliberately. No client receives a site that was autogenerated end-to-end.
Why should I trust you when you're new? +
Fair question. We're new as a business but the underlying technical approach (schema.org structured data, llms.txt, semantic HTML) has been standard web infrastructure for years. We didn't invent any of it — we just apply it consistently and measurably. Every claim we make is backed by a test you can run yourself: Google Rich Results Test, schema.org validator, or asking ChatGPT directly.
What happens if I don't like the site after you build it? +
You get a free revision round during onboarding. After that, small edits are included in the monthly subscription. If after reasonable revision you're still not happy, we refund the setup fee and wish you well. We'd rather lose a client than argue with one.
